Attorney Walker was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1986, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in 1987, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2000.
Attorney Walker is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member of the Association’s Environmental Law, Planning & Zoning and Administrative Law sections. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Attorney Walker concentrates his practice by choice in civil litigation and appeals in municipal, state and federal agencies, state and federal courts; employment law; land use; historic preservation; workers’ compensation; child protection and juvenile matters.
Attorney Walker continued pre-doctoral studies in Sociocultural Anthropology at Syracuse University through 1978 and conducted research and evaluation studies in institutional development, education, and health care. He taught at Utica College, the University of Connecticut and Mattatuck Community College, now Naugatuck Valley Community College.
